Terrified Milonga

Embrace serendipity!

We started rehearsing in my art studio in early 2025, with the plan to record demos for gigs. (It’s hard to explain verbally how beautiful clarinet is in tango).

About six months in, the space I had been renting out next door because available, and I pondered for about one minute about taking it over for a while while I did some needed renovation work.

So… we started the full dance venue. I loved the challenge of making it into a chameleon space: Art gallery by day, and once-a-month tango space by night.

So now I host an unintentional milonga about once a month, and it has been more fun than I’d ever anticipated. I keep adding new arrangements to our sets, and by request we’ve just begun to host pre-milonga lessons.
